This notice explains what MBERG LLC collects when you use the MBERG app and service, and what we do with it.

What we collect

Your name, email, mobile number, language, apartment complex, unit and bedroom, and which roommates joined. Pickup records with photos of the bin and bag area only (never people). Your requests, ratings and support messages. Payment status and your card's brand and last 4 digits; your full card number goes only to our payment processor, Stripe. Sign-in history (device type, approximate location and IP address) to keep accounts secure.

How we use it

To provide and bill the service, send confirmations and reminders, handle disputes and support, keep records of refusals and service, keep accounts secure, and meet legal and tax duties.

Who we share it with

Your property manager: violation records (unit, date, reason, photo) and, in housing-paid communities, your unit's service status. Your roommates: your first name, bedroom and status in the unit. Service providers that run the app for us: Stripe (payments), Twilio (texts), Resend (email) and Cloudflare (hosting). Authorities, only when the law requires it. We never sell or rent your information, and we don't use it to market other companies' products.

How long we keep it

Refusal and “no bin” photos for 6 months, and violation records for 12 months, unless needed for an open dispute. Account information while your account is open, and payment and tax records as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can update your name, phone and language in the app. Reply STOP to stop texts. You can delete your account in the app (Name, phone and language → Delete my account). To see or delete your information another way, email info@mberg.group; we keep only what the law requires.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including sign-in codes, access-controlled staff accounts and login history. If a breach affects your information, we'll notify you as Florida law (section 501.171, Florida Statutes) requires.

Changes

If we change this notice in an important way, we'll tell you in the app or by email.
